Tanya

Tanya is a Project Lead at Knowledge Link.  She has over eleven years experience in the design, development, integration, testing and implementation of software systems, most of which have been in an iterative, rapid development atmosphere. 

Tanya is a results-oriented manager with a strong background in systems engineering.  She is adept at understanding the client's mission and strategic direction and translating them into programmatic goals.  She is an effective communicator with the ability to evaluate problems and recommend attainable solutions by following traditional and/or Agile software lifecycle processes.

Following 9/11, Tanya was assigned to the Program Manager of a high visibility, counterterrorism project.  She was responsible for facilitating the interaction and coordination of geographically diverse working groups across several government entities.  She was also responsible for providing support for time sensitive deployments.
