Rebecca

Rebecca is a senior member of Knowledge Link's staff, providing support to the company's executives and project managers regarding finance and contract issues.  She is experienced with federal government budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting to federal clients, particularly the Intelligence Community.   Rebecca assists with the negotiation and administration of contracts with clients.  On active contracts, she monitors availability of funds, maintains budget and spend-plan documents, and provides contract status reviews.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has acquired many skills. She has experience in accounting, budgeting, purchasing, and employee benefits. She also has had frequent customer contact and has coordinated information flow among clients, project managers, and executives. Before joining Knowledge Link, she helped administer the integration of two firms, her former employer plus the company that acquired it.
